Our first week home we went to the IA doctor and had to have blood drawn from our little miss. I asked a question and immediately thought the woman taking the blood must have thought-you should know this mom! But looking back she didn't really react that way it was just how I felt. But honestly your instincts will kick in immediately and you will know what to do. Also, the staff in country will take you to a baby store and supermarket, whatever you need. (We used the same agency) Finally, I can assure you I bought plenty of outfits in 2 sizes. Like your Easter outfit, there were just some that were so cute I wanted to make sure it fit. Best wishes & safe travel!Suzy & Billhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07323343546591974582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7269278034346226856.post-13712672821497007022012-02-22T05:45:30.934-08:002012-02-22T05:45:30.934-08:00My goodness girl....yes, please, BREATH! As you said, all he is going to care about that is all that love and attention you will be giving him. I think regardless of how we become parents, we all have those feelings of panic and wondering if we are doing the right (FYI - that feeling always rears its head - regardless of how long you have been a parent..."was that right????"). You are going to be a GREAT mom and he is going to be so happy in his forever home.Melissa and Jasonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07191754495905283392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7269278034346226856.post-60657100865567949172012-02-22T03:02:31.399-08:002012-02-22T03:02:31.399-08:00When you arrive they will/should bring you to a st...When you arrive they will/should bring you to a store to purchase things for the trip. A little tip for shoes when you see him have a piece of paper and pen and trace his feet - take that to the store to pick up shoes as they most likely will want clothes/shoes from you for when he is leaving. As far as the food they will bring you to a supermarket and help you with which foods to purchase. Everything will be fine.
